Somebody toucha my(Olive Drab [slightly used] Italian Field Jacket)spagghet

In typical Italian Armed Forces (Forze Armate Italiane) style, a Cold War era generic OD green was not enough for the refined tastes of Italia. Many a man has started off their surp journey with a simple OD green military jacket, the type that fills your generic boomer-who-upsells-you-surplus-store wall to wall. This is not one such run-of-the-mill, beat-down, roughed up, barebones utilities, generic OD army jacket. As mentioned prior, such a thing would not suit the Italian Army, and as such, they were only sated by the subtle excellence of the Modello 75 Field Jacket. Simple elegance in its design sets it apart aesthetically, pockets and other ends secured by simple yet sturdy means, and an elasticated waist to keep the fit tight on the body, end up resulting in a truly unique piece jacket for the summer, Whether you’re looking to hit a trail to get away from nagging wife/gf, or assert dominance over her wine tasting friend circle, this jacket will get the job done while subtly establishing the superiority of Italian craftsmanship.

Features:

  • Italian Stars proudly displayed on each collar (FORZAAAAAA)

  • 2 breast pockets for spaghett storage

  • 2 waist pockets for a, uh, airsoft beretta or two

  • Button up front concealed beneath a layer of fabric

  • Waist contains an elastic cumberbund, those Italian fellers really can’t help the high fashion physique flex eh?

  • Buttons on sleeve cuffs, collars and all four pockets

  • Reinforced elbows in case of slipping on, spaghett (last one we swear we aren't 14)

  • Eppelettes bring out the inner Italian Stallion

  • Loop and hooking options on the right side of jacket

  • Vents under the arms to improve breathability

Schematics

Measurements: Size Small

Condition: Used Surplus

  • Issued to Italian soldiers

  • There is a slight chance of mismatched pockets to photos, unknown whether soldier repairs or a production issue. Regardless of such, jackets all have the same features and usage, merely placement differences (?)

  • Some jackets may not contain an elastic cumberbund waist

  • May or may not come with insignia on collar

  • May be missing a button here and there, easy 50 cent repair.

Manufacturing: Cotton-Canvas Blend Build

Mix of Cotton and Canvas manufacturing

Field Notes/Misty Supply Musings/Potential Uses/Trivia

  • Excellent Travis Bickle alternative jacket for those suffering from insomnia
